Getting it GOING!

I started out at the beginning of the year wanting to go into RN, but of course like EVERYTHING I usually change my mind a few hundred times. BUT I have actually stuck in the medical field and am moving on up and getting things going. I decided to start "at the bottom" and move my way up! In September I completed my CNA I (Certified Nursing Assistant), this past weekend I just completed my Med Tech and Med Aide training and now because I have completed all of that I can continue to my CNA II and actually apply for Phlebotomy school. I am pretty sure I will end up doing my Phlebotomy first so I can start working in fall of 2011, but we'll see in which one I get excepted into first. I am pretty sure at this point once I have my CNA II and my Phlebotomy I will work for a couple of years and then apply to Med Lab school. Which to apply to Med Lab school you have to have everything I am going to be getting plus at least one years experience. I will have a little more experience, which I hope gets me points, because I don't want to do the school until Edward and the new baby will be in (at least) pre school! But atleast I am on my way of doing what I want to do and what intrests me!

Congrats on the baby and school!! You are amazing! I keep thinking I should get my vet tech degree, I would love that. I have my BS in AgEcon but there really isn't a market for that here. I bet I don't get around to it at least for a while anyway. I love the baby names and I think you look great in all the pics on facebook, I am excited to hear what you are having!!
