NO MO' WORK!

Since I was 12 years old I have worked, I am now 26 and I have 7 weeks left until I may never have to work again!!!!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS! So before I say anything here are all the jobs I have had starting from my first to my last:

Nanny - 12 years old to 15 years old
Life Guard - 15 years old to 17 years old
Weiser Baking Company (making donuts) - 17 years old
Pizza Maker (I can't remember the place's name) - 18 years old
Forest Service (fighting wild fires) - 18 years old
Victoria's Secret - 19 years old
Arizona School of Massage Therapy and being a Massage Therapist - 19 years old to 22 years old
Check Net (Collections) - 22 years old
Legacy Schools (being a dance and debate teacher) 23 years old
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....
Cascade Financial Services (mortgages) - 23 years old to 26 years old

PHEW!!!!!!!!!! It has been non stop! I can not even imagine not working, but it is coming up and I am just HAPPY AS CAN BE!

This will be the ONLY year I get to be home with Benson before he starts Kindergarten next year. I am so thankful that I will have this next year with him at home, and to have two full years with Britton will be WONDERFUL! Plus I think with me staying home we may be able to have Taylor and Ava during the summer months! Now if push comes to shove then I may watch a child or two out of our home, but for those of you who know me well I WOULD LOVE THAT! Children are the one area where I feel I have been blessed with a talent in. Some people are musical, some are funny, I am a child person. LOVE THEM ALL!

So I am just a happy camper, the count down for that is on as well! It will be so nice to be a stay at home mommy, and to FINALLY give the boys a "normal" family life. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

it's about time you got this much needed break! and it will certainly be a blessing for our home and our family to have you at home with the kids. it reminds me of these wise words: No amount of success in the work place can compensate for failure in the home. how very true. i couldn't be any happier for you, Lacy. i love you with all that i am.

Congrats to you!! Dan is SUCH a sweetheart. I am soo happy that you have him in your life. I know what it's like to have ALWAYS worked and I am wishing I was in your shoes right now! What will Dan be doing while you are at home??

I'm sooo happy that you are going to be able to say at home with your kiddos! You deserve it more than anyone I know. And Dan you melt my heart with your comment. I'm so glad Lacy has found such a sweet man that loves and adores her.

YAY!

Staying home is fun :) Stressful... but fun, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I only wish you were finally going to be staying home while you lived HERE so that I could actually see you at some point since you are always at work during the day, and I am always with Chad at night. And now you are moving. :(
